New blues bar opened in Oslo

crossr1.jpgA new blues bar was opened in Oslo March 5. The blues duo Morudes with the brothers Henrik and Amund Maarud played at the opening night at The Crossroad Club. The club is located at "the crossroads" Maridalsveien, Moellerveien and Fredensborgveien, where the club M3 used to be. The blues bistro will offer a combination of tasty food and blues music, with a special focus on the "new blues".
The club is run by the company Alter Ego, co-owners of the big rock festival in Oslo – Øyafestivalen – and also the clubs Last Train, Revolver and Bohemen.
